the staff were amicable, hospitable and helped me with free parking. the service was all in all friendly. location: the hotel was next to scarborough or sorrento, local shops and railway station.

The peaceful location of this place was excellent, with a train station nearby, and within walking distance to shopping centers and local supermarkets.

Good location for what we wanted to do. Owner was very polite, hospitible and helpful. Good value.

Jeff the owner was very friendly and upon my arrival at 6.00pm he invited me to the room, showed me where every thing was and explained how things worked. The room was clean and tidy also a fresh clean ensuite with towels and soaps ect. Hot water from shower was very good as in some places hot water can be a problem. Parking was good, just outside on a paved area next to house. The room was very quiet and had a nice feel to it, as I am a very light sleeper this was a welcome bonus. A 3 minute drive to the freeway and the same to Warick shopping center and even less to Greenwood tavern which served very nice food, I went there 2 times.

Cannot fault Arcadian B&B my only criticism would be where the fridge and mricowave were, they looked out of place and took up space in the room. I would like to see if they could be placed within the robe area. With the sliding doors on the robe they then would be out of site and free the room up more.

The accommodations here were clean and equipped with useful amenities like a toaster, microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The owner Jeffery was very friendly and hospitable. The neighbourhood was safe and quiet. The room we stayed in was newly renovated with a modern design. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was cleaned and sufficiently sized. The supermarket and mall was only 5 mins drive away. We were very satisfied with the overall experience during our stay at the Arcardian B&B.

This place is conveniently located near public transport, shops, railway station, bus station, the coast.

The comfort and relaxing environment. I really enjoyed the experience and it was really convenient to travel to Perth! It was well worth the cost and it was an awesome experience. The service can't be faulted.
